Spider Park, Sheffield 2024
Midland Renewables supplied and installed air source heat pumps and underfloor heating across the 22 eco-homes and Common House at Spider Park, home to the Five Rivers Cohousing community. The development was designed with sustainability at its core, and our systems provide low-carbon, energy-efficient heating that works in harmony with the fabric of the buildings. By replacing the need for gas boilers, the ASHP and UFH installations deliver reliable comfort while helping residents lower their energy use and carbon footprint. The project demonstrates how renewable technologies can successfully support community-led, environmentally focused housing schemes.

Salvation Army, Barton-Upon-Humber 2018
National Church Leader opens innovative new church. Sustainability was a key focus of this project in Humberside. The roof features 28 solar panels, while at ground level Midland Renewables installed an air source heat pump. Together, these technologies generate enough energy to power the church, eliminating the need for a gas boiler and creating a much greener, more efficient building.
